Project Scheduling:

Subcontractors and Vendors are continually updated on project progress to ensure projects have a steady, efficient workflow; Builder-provided materials are on site when needed by subcontractors; There are no extended periods of time when work is not progressing on the project.

Site Management:

Site is generally clean and safe; There are no unsightly accumulations of materials or trash on the site; The interior of the structure is clean and accessible for subcontractors and vendor deliveries.

Safety Management:

Site safety reports are completed on a regular basis, and reports are filed with other project information; Any subcontractor safety violations are documented and reported immediately; All subcontractors are using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Buyer Relations:

The Buyer is welcomed to the site when appropriate; Buyer walk-throughs are conducted and documented as necessary; Buyer conversations are summarized and documented; Any discussion with Buyers about changes to the plan are referred to the office; Buyers are referred to the office for any discussion of financial or legal matters; Buyers are treated with respect.
