►I, the undersigned representative for the Subcontractor, certify:
1) that the costs of all materials, labor, and services sourced for this project by the Subcontractor have been fully discharged;
2) that the premises and property of this project cannot be made subject to any valid lien or claim by anyone who furnished material, labor, or services to the Subcontractor for use in this project;
3) that the Subcontractor has met all work, materials and equipment specifications contained in the Scope of Work for this project, and;
4) that the Subcontractor has inspected the completed work and hereby warrants, as a condition of receiving payment, that the materials and workmanship meet or exceed the Scope of Work conditions and specifications for this project.
RELEASE OF LIEN RIGHTS UPON PAYMENT PER THIS REQUEST
►The Subcontractor hereby releases Company from any further liability in connection with all materials, labor and services pertaining to this work. This release is given to induce payment in the amount stated above and upon receipt of said payment by the Subcontractor this release is in full force and effect.
