The purpose of this document is to show where you stand  with regard to the finances of projects on which you are currently working.

  • Pay special attention to projects which have a negative balance in column 9. A negative balance suggests that you are upside-down in the project, and will have to be extra careful about spending more for that project.
  • If you find yourself in a negative position in a project, check to be certain that all Change Orders and extras for the project have been issued.
