Walking through the project at specific milestones is the key to running the project efficiently.
You will already have completed the Inspection Reports for each phase of the project, but the walk-through provides the opportunity to view the project with the eyes of the Client.
Often, the client will accompany you on the Walk-Through.
The Walk-Through sets the stage for the Notice of Acceptance, in which the Client agrees that all necessary work to the Project Milestone has been completed to their satisfaction.
The Walk-Through signals to the Client that this is their last opportunity to make any changes to the phases included in the milestone.
Enter the Project information.
